Welcome to the DMP Loyalty scheme.
Our facility has been running for many years and as some of you already know, we have been working behind the scenes on ways that we can improve the way we do business, and take our customers’ experience to a whole new level. I realised that fundamentally we hadn’t changed our business model since we started in 1991 and then it was based on what I observed from already successful motocross practice facilities. The model has served us well over the years and there always comes a time for change and a fresh approach.
As such we are now offering discounts that benefit our members. We believe that our success is wholly based upon the value that we provide to you. If we want to increase our success we need to increase your value!
The first of our changes is introducing our Weekend Pass. Every time you ride two consecutive days (such as Saturday and then Sunday), on the second day of riding you receive ten pounds off your usual practice price. If we are open on a bank holiday and you ride three days consecutively, you receive an additional five pound discount on the third day which means that you get three days riding for the price of two!
Now there is our new Loyalty Card. When you buy 4 rides we give you an extra ride for free! That’s a massive 20% discount.
Most importantly we are now offering Personal Accident cover to all our members. The Gold level membership even includes a pounds for points system so you can save up for rewards such as Food and Drink, Free practice rides and Trainings with Motocross Performance Coach, Ed Bradley.
In addition to these great offers DMP hold a monthly prize draw for a free practice day. Each month DMP will randomly draw one members name from our list of customers who have used our facility. The winner gets a free practice session for the following month!
